Die or Survive in AI era: Guidance on Education

The widespread use of AI is likely to lead to significant job displacement, particularly for low-skilled and routine jobs. This could lead to increase unemployment and income inequality and exacerbate existing social and economic challenges.  However, it also has the potential to create new employment opportunities that require higher-level skills and the ability of workers to adapt to new technologies. Education plays a significant part to prepare and improve the future workforce in AI era. The purpose of this article will focus on the context analysis of labour market, guidelines to build the education system to fit with the market demand, the proposals for renewing education methods.
